Limited Lifetime Warranty

At Status Performance Ltd., we are committed to delivering high-quality, precision-engineered wheel spacers and adapters designed for performance, safety, and durability. We stand behind our products with the following warranty:

Limited Lifetime Structural Warranty

Status Performance Ltd. warrants its wheel spacers and adapters to be free from defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of the original purchaser. This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from Status Performance Ltd. or an authorized dealer.

If a structural defect is found under normal and intended use, Status Performance Ltd. will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective product.

12-Month Finish Warranty

We offer a 12-month warranty on cosmetic finishes (anodizing, coatings, or surface treatments) from the original purchase date. This warranty covers issues such as premature fading, peeling, or flaking under normal use and with proper care.

Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:

  • Improper installation or use (e.g., incorrect torque, mismatched lug nuts, lack of thread engagement)
  • Use with unverified aftermarket wheels or studs beyond recommended size/tolerance
  • Modifications, abuse, racing, or commercial applications
  • Cosmetic wear due to environmental exposure (e.g., road salt, chemicals, or improper cleaning)
  • Damage resulting from accidents, collisions, or other vehicle components

Conditions

  • Warranty is valid for the original purchaser only and is non-transferable
  • Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims
  • All products must be installed by a qualified professional to qualify for warranty coverage, and have proof of installation.
  • Status Performance Ltd. reserves the right to inspect and verify returned parts prior to issuing replacements

How to File a Warranty Claim

To initiate a claim, please contact us at info@statusperformance.ca with the following:

  • Original order number and date of purchase
  • Clear photos of the product and any defects
  • Description of the issue and vehicle application
