Return & Refund Policy

Returns

Our return policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition that it was received
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase must be provided

Please note: products that show signs of installation, mounting, or use are not eligible for return.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. This fee helps cover non-refundable payment processing fees, order handling, inspection, and repackaging costs associated with the original transaction.

Returns must be approved prior to being sent back. Please contact info@statusperformance.ca to request return authorization.


Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted immediately after purchase by contacting us at info@statusperformance.ca. We process and fulfill orders quickly — once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Status Performance Ltd. reserves the right to determine whether a cancellation request can be accommodated based on order status at the time of the request. Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee approval.

Approved cancellations are subject to a non-refundable 3% transaction fee, deducted from the refund amount. This fee covers non-recoverable payment processing costs incurred at the time of the original transaction and cannot be waived under any circumstances.

Cancellations that do not meet the above criteria will not be approved. If your order has already shipped, please refer to our Returns policy above.

 

Fitment Responsibility

Wheel spacers are vehicle-specific components.
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to verify vehicle compatibility, bolt pattern, center bore, stud size, and spacer thickness prior to placing an order.

Returns due to incorrect fitment or ordering errors may still be accepted within the return window but will be subject to the restocking fee.


Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations, including:

  • Items returned in a condition different from the original condition
  • Items returned missing packaging or components
  • Items returned after the 14-day return window
  • Items returned beyond the 14-day window may not be eligible for a full refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming receipt of the returned item.

You will then be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within several business days.

 

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank — processing times can vary.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Shipping Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from the refund amount.

Depending on your location, the time required for exchanged products to reach you may vary.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Status Performance Ltd. is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
