Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 72 hours (Monday–Friday) after the order is placed.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number.
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. Status Performance Ltd. is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Orders that are returned to us due to incorrect or undeliverable shipping information may be subject to additional shipping charges before the order can be resent.
If an order has not yet shipped and a customer requests an address correction, we will make reasonable efforts to update the information prior to shipment.
Status Performance Ltd. reserves the right to cancel orders that contain unverifiable or suspicious shipping information.
Shipping Carriers
Orders are shipped using Canada Post or other comparable courier services depending on destination.
Shipping transit times vary depending on location.

Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $150 within:
• Canada
• Continental United States
The order subtotal must exceed $150 before taxes and discounts.
Status Performance Ltd. reserves the right to select the shipping carrier and service used for free shipping orders.
Local Pickup
Orders can be picked up by scheduled appointment.
Pickup hours:
Monday – Sunday
10:00 AM – 9:00 PM
You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.
Shipping Delays
Once an order has been shipped, delivery timelines are the responsibility of the carrier.
Status Performance Ltd. is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the courier, weather, customs processing, or other factors outside of our control.
International Orders (Including US destination orders)
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at: info@statusperformance.ca
If a package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in opening a claim with the shipping carrier.
Orders containing incorrect shipping information provided by the customer may be subject to additional shipping charges.
